It means we’ll never pursue change for the sake of it. It means saying no thanks to traditional agency models (great for them, not for us) and creating one that’s led by careful consideration and creativity. Built, from the ground up, by its people, for its people.
It means inspiring them to get truly excited about what they do, day in, day out, because they’re creating work they’re proud of. For brands they’re proud to work with.
It means meeting our clients where they are and taking them where they need to be, collaborating all the way. Because change like that has to come from somewhere meaningful. Which means we can’t ever lose focus on our community and our planet.
It means making brands matter.
We’re going to redefine what it means to be an agency. To create a positive space where open, honest relationships come before anything else. Where change is inspired by creativity. And where every single decision is made consciously.
Size limits nothing. Whether that’s a client, a project or an idea. To us, it all starts with curiosity – we’re always looking for ways to grow. Everything we do has a clearly defined purpose (if not, why do it?) so it’s easy for everyone to truly take ownership of their work. We encourage our people to pursue their passions outside of work too, because we know it fosters a sense of confidence and autonomy. And we’re all about that.
To us, always moving forward means trying new things and learning from them. Then creating fresh, better processes. Even if that means going against the grain (rules were made to be broken, right?). We recognise that a good idea can come from anywhere, which is why trust and collaboration are essential. We embrace our differences, because the best creative work always starts with diversity of thought.
We’re here to support our team, our clients and the planet. And we’re always looking for ways to do that as effectively as possible. To us, that looks like making conscious decisions in ways that have been properly considered. Our culture is underpinned by transparency, because it inspires trust. Which is essential. What’s more, we’re mindful of well-being of every kind, because our people are our priority. After all, we couldn’t do any of this without them.
Using business as a force for good
B Corp is a certification for business that balances purpose and profit. Which means that every decision they make is legally required to consider the impact on the people and planet. Back in early 2021, SF started our journey to become a B Corp. We decided that we needed to take positive action and consciously grow the business without losing what’s important to us.
