Our brief was a challenging one! The pandemic had just passed, and the travel industry was on a slow and arduous journey back to normality. As this was an unprecedented situation, we worked with them to assess the current state of affairs, explore new tactics, and suggest potential opportunities – all while they built up their internal team and navigated a rebrand.
We quickly discovered that smart potential franchisees are looking deeper. They want to know that the business has legs, that the brand means something. The key was to show them that Travel Counsellors had what it takes to make their investment pay off, to make their entrepreneurial dreams a reality.
By combining an approach that authentically showcased the franchise opportunity with strategic paid promotion on social media, we gave prospective franchisees a genuine look at the brand’s strengths and values. This powerful combination attracted qualified leads who were given the tools they needed to make a decision faster.
Building upon this success, we now continue to explore further, marketing comms strategies with the team and love working together with this innovative and successful franchise network.
